This Privacy Policy explains how LIJKZG INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in the State of Georgia, United States, handles personal information when you use the SWINGFIRE website, browser game, Buy Gems page, and customer support. We design our practices around applicable United States federal law (including FTC rules on unfair or deceptive acts or practices and COPPA) and applicable state privacy laws (including California CCPA/CPRA). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Please read this Policy together with the Terms of Service & User Agreement and the Refund Policy. “Personal information” or “personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or household, as defined by applicable law.

1. Notice at Collection

We may collect the categories of personal information listed below to provide the game and Gem purchases, customer support, security and compliance, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are used under CCPA/CPRA). If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.

1. Identifiers: Email address, User ID, and contact details you provide (including during phone support).
2. Commercial / transaction information: Gem pack selected, amount, payment method type shown at checkout, order or payment-verification details from our payment processors, and refund-request records.
3. Internet or other electronic network activity: Cookie and local-storage preferences; basic device or browser information; and, if our hosting provider logs requests, IP address, access time, and request path.
4. Game-progress data (often stored on your device): Level progress, Gems, items, upgrades, and similar data in localStorage, primarily so you can continue playing locally.
5. Customer-support content: Emails, descriptions, and attachments you send us.

Payments: Checkout is handled by authorized third-party payment processors. Sensitive payment credentials (including full card numbers) are generally collected and processed by those processors under their own policies—not on our game servers. We typically receive only limited confirmation data needed to verify payment, deliver Virtual Goods, provide support, and process refunds. Review each processor’s privacy notice before paying.

2. Purposes of Use

• Operate, maintain, and improve SWINGFIRE and the website;
• Process Gem-purchase verification, Virtual Goods delivery, re-delivery, and refunds;
• Provide customer support, dispute handling, and fraud prevention;
• Security, sanctions/export compliance, and abuse prevention;
• Comply with accounting, tax, lawful process, and other legal obligations;
• Conduct audits and retain records as permitted by law.

3. Disclosures

1. We do not sell personal information.
2. We may disclose necessary information to service providers / contractors in categories such as payment processing, website hosting, email, and security. Those parties are expected under contract to use the information only to provide services to us.
3. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government process, or when necessary to protect the important legitimate interests of LIJKZG, users, or the public.
4. In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or similar), information may transfer as part of the assets and remain subject to this Policy or a successor notice.

4. Retention and Security

1. Local game data depends on your browser and device; clearing site data may delete it.
2. Support and transaction records are retained for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified, unless law requires longer retention.
3. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for information we control. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

5. Your Choices

1. Manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings;
2. Stop using the Service or stop providing information to us;
3. Exercise applicable state-law rights as described below.

6. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, portability, and to limit use of sensitive personal information, subject to current law and exceptions. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

To submit a request, email LIJKZGGAME@proton.me with the subject “California Privacy Request” and state the type of request. We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and identity. We will respond within statutory timeframes (generally 45 days, extendable as allowed by law).

California “Shine the Light”: We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. Related inquiries may be sent to the email above.

7. Other U.S. State Residents

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states may provide rights of access, deletion, and opt-out of targeted advertising or certain profiling. If your state grants similar rights, email LIJKZGGAME@proton.me, note your state and request type, and we will process the request as required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

1. The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. If a parent or guardian believes we collected a child’s information, contact us immediately. We will delete it or take other steps required by COPPA.
3. Minors using paid features must have guardian consent; see the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

9. International Visitors

We are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States. Data-protection standards may differ from those in your country. Additional rights under non-U.S. law, where we are legally required to honor them, may be exercised by contacting us at the email below.

10. Third Parties

Payment processors, wallet providers, hosting providers, email providers, and similar service providers have their own privacy policies. The methods shown on the Buy Gems page identify which processors are currently enabled. Review those policies before providing information to them. We are not responsible for independent processing by third parties except as required by law.

11. Updates

We may update this Policy. The version and effective date on this page control. We will use reasonable efforts to highlight material changes on the website. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy, except where law requires separate consent.
